This policy explains how Devwipe IT Solutions Private Limited ("Devwipe", "we") handles personal information on this website, devwipe.com. The Brozap app has its own policy at brozap.com/privacy.

What we collect

This website has no sign-up, no forms, no cookies and no tracking or advertising tools. We do not use third-party analytics, fonts or maps on it.

When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or e-mail, we receive what you send: your name, number or address and your message.
Server logs: like every website, our server records technical data for each visit (IP address, date and time, page, browser type). We keep these logs for 180 days for security, as Indian rules (CERT-In) require.

Why we use it

To reply to you, to provide the service you ask for, to keep the website secure, and to meet our legal duties. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

On our own servers in India. WhatsApp messages are also handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.

Who we share it with

Only with people who help us run the company (for example our e-mail provider), or when the law requires it.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, and you can withdraw consent. Write to info@devwipe.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 77008 36479, and we will reply within 30 days.
